Subscription information explained in this article can be accessed for both
mobile & web plans in the exact same way.
In the Subscription section, you can find a lot of information about your plan, usage, billing history, and set up session usage alerts. You can also turn on or off overages, check your data retention policy and renewal date.

How to enable and disable overages?
In UXCam, "overages" refer to exceeding your session usage limits. Once you hit your session limits, we will stop recording your data unless you have overages turned on. If you have overages enabled, you ensure you don't miss any data data during unexpected spikes in activity.
Note: Charges apply for each additional 1000 sessions based on your plan.

You can find out when your next payment is due, view all the previous invoices, and add invoice recipients and billing information.
Set session usage notification
In UXCam, you can set up session usage notifications. By defining a threshold, you'll receive notifications when your session usage reaches the specified threshold. You can set a threshold of 90% which is close to your actual session limit. This feature ensures proactive monitoring, allowing you to manage your resource allocation effectively and prevent any disruptions in data collection.
