Pricing Overview

How does UXCam pricing work?

UXCam offers flexible, session-based pricing with plans tailored to your app’s growth.

Upgrade anytime as your app scales. Additional sessions beyond plan limits are billed separately. Check out our plans


Payments and Billing

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards for online payments. Businesses on enterprise contracts may also opt for ACH or wire transfers.

Are there additional usage charges?

If your app exceeds session or video limits of your plan, overages may apply. These charges are calculated based on your additional usage and will appear on your invoice.

Can I pay in my local currency?

UXCam billing is processed in United States Dollars (USD) for all plans and services.

What happens if my payment fails?

If a payment fails, we’ll retry up to four times. After four failed attempts, your account may be restricted. To regain access, clear the payment via the Billing section in your account settings.


Free Trials

How does the free trial work?

UXCam offers a 14-day free trial, giving you access to:

  • All platform features.

  • 100,000 sessions.

  • 100,000 videos.

No credit card is required to start the trial, and there are no setup fees.

When does the trial start?

The trial begins once you complete the integration process and upload your first session.

What happens after the trial ends?

At the end of the trial, you will no longer be able to use UXCam unless you move to a free plan or talk to sales. You can either request a quote via the button from the dashboard directly or you can get in touch via email to sales@uxcam.com. You can also upgrade your plan at any time during the trial - just click on the banner at the bottom of the dashboard or reach out via email.


Free Plan

What does the free plan include?

  • Two apps (includes 2 environments per app: one for development & one for production)

  • 3k sessions per month

  • Access to standard features including :

    • 1 Customizable Dashboard with maximum 6 reports

    • Session Recording & Analytics

    • User Analytics

    • Event Analytics

  • 12 months session data retention

  • 1-month video access (3-month retention)

  • Unlimited user licenses

  • Chat support

  • Basic filters on UX Issues (Crashed sessions, rage quit, User rage tap, UI Freeze)

What does the free plan not include?

  • Heatmaps

  • Unlimited Dashboards and reports

  • App Flow : Screen flow & Screen burst

Does the free plan expire?

The free plan doesn't expire. The limits are automatically reset every month. You can always check the exact date of the next cycle in your Subscription settings.

What happens if I exceed my session recording limit?

Every month, you can record 3,000 data sessions and 3,000 videos. When the limit of 3,000 sessions is exceeded, all data will stop being recorded. You will be able to access 12 months worth of session data to conduct your analysis. You can find in this article the session data UXCam automatically capture for each session. You will only be able to access sessions replays from the past 30 days.

Who is the free plan good for?

The Free Plan is designed for small, early-stage mobile teams, or individual app developers, who are just starting out and don’t have many users or high session volumes yet. The Free Plan can also be used by larger organizations for beta testing new features or app versions with bigger sample groups (50+ users recommended), to track user experience and unmoderated usability testing.

How can I upgrade my plan?

Does UXCam offer a free plan?

Yes, we provide a free plan with limited features and 3,000 monthly sessions.

Can I upgrade my plan at any time?

Yes, feel free to reach out to your Customer success manager or use the chat button to contact our support team. They will be able to help you upgrade your subscription.

What happens if I cancel my subscription? Will I lose settings, data, etc.?

No, we will keep your data retained according to your plan's retention period.
