#1 See acquisition and campaign value
Send your acquisition data as a user property to track the success of your campaigns. Then see whether your new users are coming from a specific campaign on certain devices (e.i. Android). Later on, you can also see if some campaigns drive more value by filtering your events by your key action and groping it by campaign type.

In the same way, you can easily identify if some campaigns are bringing in the wrong users. In Event analytics, you can find users that visited your app less than 2 times, and used it for the first time x days ago and group them by campaign type or id.
#2 Track the success of your promotions
Understand how your users react to certain promos or in-app campaigns by sending them as an event (you can choose to send the impression or/and the interaction), then you can see whether users completed a certain action or converted after interacting with the promo and watch the recordings to dig deeper and see all the user’s gestures and actions.
E.g. if you have an e-commerce app and created a banner for a 'winter promo' you can track interactions with events and see whether users convert after tapping on that banner.
