There are multiple reasons a session can be uploaded with no video, you will see a different message depending on the reason:
Here we list some common causes:
1- Video recording was off: Video recording can be turned Off/ On from the app's settings: "Video Recording Setting". When Off, sessions will be recorded without a video.
2- Recording Quota: Videos won't be uploaded if the plan's recording quota has been reached. You can check if that's the case under your Subscription Settings -> Current month.
3- User's bandwidth: An unstable internet connection may cause a session to upload without a video. The video would be uploaded on the next use of the app with a stable connection.
4- Rule-based recording: It determines which sessions get video recorded. Check your app's settings for the "Video recording only if" conditions.
5- You're not calling "optIntoSchematicRecordings" on iOS.
5- The session was too short to make a meaningful recording. You can exclude short sessions from being recorded. If your plan includes session recording settings you can set a rule to not record sessions shorter than a few seconds, if you don't have access to session recording settings, you can use the toggle to exclude sessions shorter than 5 seconds. Both options can be found on the Recording settings menu.
