What steps do UXCam customers need to take for GDPR compliance?
As a customer of UXCam, you are a data controller and UXCam is acting as your data processor for your users. Here are the steps to take for GDPR compliance:
Make sure your Privacy Policy communicates to your users how you are using UXCam in your app and/or website. If you are using any other analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Intercom), you should already have such disclosure on your policy.
If you have customers in the EU, please note that we are bound to the terms of our DPA in relation to the processing of personal data of your users. This has been agreed upon by you when agreeing to our Terms and Conditions or after signature of our Master Service Agreement.
You can review a copy of the Data Processing Agreement here.
