Beyond Event Analytics: understand the reasons behind your users’ behavior
This is a very powerful feature that will help you analyze your events, and thanks to the combination of filters and groups, get a better understanding of your users' behavior to gather a lot of valuable insights, to understand how they actually interact with your app, improve retention and deliver a delightful customer experience.
How to use it:
Select the desired date range
Select the Events that you want to analyze
Increase the level of granularity with:
The aggregation functions:
Event count: Shows you how many times the selected event(s) was triggered
Users with Events: Will return how many unique users triggered the selected event(s)
Sessions with Events: Returns how many sessions include the selected event
Events with properties: Shows you the Count, Sum, Average, Min, Max, or Standard Deviation for the selected event property
Please note that the mathematical functions, except Count, can only be used for properties with numerical attributes.
The grouping parameters:
The grouping parameters are used to organize the aggregated values based on a certain parameter. You can specify either one or two grouping parameters, based on Date, Session, Device, User, or Events properties.
You can limit the number of displayed groups by using the ‘Maximum group number’ option. Click on the cogwheel icon, which is visible if you hover your cursor to the right side of the group.Change the graph type to select the one that best suits your results.
