Thanks to UXCam, you can send personalized push notifications based on insights you gathered from session recordings. We allow the relevant stakeholders in your team (product, marketing, support, etc.) to use contextual insights from user sessions to send highly personalized notifications. This will truly change the way you test out hypotheses, interact with frustrated users, and drive conversion campaigns.
Send push notifications
If you want to send a push notification, you need to first implement API for that. You can read about it here. When it's done, you need to go to the Users page and select the user who should receive a notification. Then, click on the push notification icon to prepare the content of the message:
In the next step, you can:
- decide which devices should receive a notification (in case this user uses a few)
- add title and content of the message
- add an image
- see a preview of this push notification
When you're ready, push the notification and wait for the user action.
