By default, we show you sessions from the last month. If you want to choose any other period, adjust it under the top-right filter:
[NEW FEATURE] If you want to bookmark a session you can do it by clicking on the star. You will easily find them later filtering by favorite sessions:
[NEW FEATURE] To quickly search for sessions with rage taps to help you better understand user's frustration, you can filter by rage taps:
[NEW FEATURE] Use this filter to easily find all the sessions with crashes. What's more, you can see the details about your Crashes and easily copy the crash log to share it with your developers. And thanks to the video representation you can see exactly what happened before the Crash:
[NEW FEATURE] Last, but not least, you can now create custom labels to easily identify sessions, create segments based on your users’ behavior, and better organize your data. Select the session that you want to tag, click on 'create a new label' or add an existing one, finally use our label’s filter to easily find those sessions These labels will be shared with all of the team members, so working together to identify insightful sessions will be easy.
If you want to watch specific sessions, you can always filter them by all the available properties. For example, you can filter sessions by the country and session number = 1 to see how the first sessions of users in a particular country look like.
If you want to come back to this view more often, you can save it by clicking Save as segment.
You can find all the segments when you click Search for users & filter sessions.
You need to use at least the 3.3.0 version on Android and 3.2.4 on iOS to gather UI Freezes and crash logs.
