Access permissions
There are 4 types of roles that you can assign to your new team members in UXCam. You won't be able to assign an Owner role.
Organization Level Access:
- Organization Owner is the person who originally created the UXCam account and has the highest access privileges. To change Organization Owner, please email support@uxcam.com
- Organization Manager is a person who can view the organization's data and edit some of them.
- Organization Member is a person who can only view the organization's dashboard.
App Level Access:
- App Admin is a person who can view an individual application's data and edit some of them.
- App Collaborator is a person who can only view the application's dashboard.
Below you can find more details about each role's permissions:
Managing Team settings
To go to your Settings, click on your organization name in the bottom-left corner.
Under the Team settings, you can find the list of all your team members and their roles. If you need to invite someone else, click on Add new member, enter the email address and choose the proper role.
Managing Application settings
To go to your Settings, click on your organization name in the bottom-left corner.
Under the Account settings, choose an Application tab and then a Team tab, where you can find the list of all your application team members and their roles. If you need to invite someone else, click on Add new member, enter the email address and choose the proper role.
Changing Team access permissions
To change the access permission of a team member, fo to your Team settings:
Find a team member who you'd like to edit and click on the pencil icon:
If you'd like to edit your Application team members, go to your Application team settings instead.
