What is the difference between "this order" vs. "any order" funnel?
In "This order" , users must complete each step of the funnel in the specified order for it to be considered a conversion. On the other hand, in "any order" or unordered funnels, the conversion will be counted as long as the user has completed the desired action regardless of the order it was completed in.

What is the difference between session count vs. user count?
The difference between session count and user count lies in how conversions are tracked. Session count tracks the number of sessions with conversions, while user count tracks the number of unique users who converted.
If you're interested in understanding how many people successfully navigated through the steps in a funnel, user count is what you would look at. This helps you identify the actual number of distinct individuals who completed the desired action.
For instance, if you are analyzing a purchase process, this is a scenario where a single user can perform the desired action multiple times. If you want to know the total number of purchases made, this corresponds to counting every session where a purchase occurs. However, if you would like to know the number of disctinct users that completed a purchase, then you would choose count of users.
Why is the conversion within window greyed out and doesn't allow me to change it?
If you are creating a funnel based on session count, then you will not be able to customize a conversion window. This is because all conversions for sessions are measured within one session, so the conversion window has to be equal to 1 . All the included steps should be completed during that session, and if the user leaves the app to complete the process later, it won't be counted as a conversion.
