How to joining an existing organization in UXCam?

How do I join my organization’s UXCam account? 

If your company already uses UXCam, you can easily join your team’s Dashboard and get your own account by following these steps. 

  • You already know who the account owner of your organization is. Contact that user directly and request access to the account. This article provides help on how to invite members to an account.
  • You do not know who the account owner is.  Create an account by going on https://uxcam.com/signup. You will be asked to enter your email address and create a password. 

 

  1. If your organization already has an account set up, you will receive an email from us with the title: Domain duplication.  This email will include information on the account owner from your organization and an option to request access to join the account. Click on the request access option. 
  2. Once you have requested access, the account owner will automatically receive an email with your user details and instructions on how to invite you to become an account member. 

What happens when you try to sign up with an already existing domain? 

If you try to sign up with an organization domain that already exists with UXCam, you will receive an email from us with the title : Domain duplication.  This means your organization already has an account with us, and you might have not known about it. 

On the email you will see the details of the UXCam account owner, and an option to request access to your company’s UXCam account. Once you request access, the owner will receive an email to invite you. 

Once you are invited, you will receive an email from UXCam with the invite to create an account. Just follow the steps on the email.
