The recordings should be shown on the dashboard within seconds of closing your app. If you are not seeing the recordings, this could be because:
- After you have verified the integration steps are correct, make sure the account-key is correct. You can see your account-key from the User Settings page.
- Recordings are uploaded when the app goes to the background. If you are using the iOS simulator, press CMD + Shift + H to put the app in the background. On a device just press the ‘Home’ or ‘Back’ button. Please, do not force close the app. In most cases, for both Android and iOS, if the user force-closed the app, we won't upload the session at all, and it will be missing.
- Sessions won't be uploaded if the plan's recording quota has been reached. You can check if that's the case under your Subscription Settings -> Current month.
- An unstable internet connection may cause a session to upload with a delay or without a video. The session/video will be uploaded on the next use of the app with a stable connection.
