Please note that only the account owner has permission to assign a new owner. 

If you're the current account owner and want to transfer ownership to another team member you need to login to UXCam > Click on your name > Team > Select the team member you want to transfer ownership to > Click on edit ( ✏️ ) > Transfer ownership

 

 

Confirm the transfer to complete the process.
